One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Excellent Survivor could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Katie Cruel suddenly started to galop. Hans Crebas had to struggle to get Katie Cruel to tror again and succeded after 40 m.

No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.

Björn Goop tried a little too much on the homestretch and No Longer A Cowboy started to galopp and lost 10 m.

Lone Pirate won the race after a spectacular finish.
