The sun was shining and the birds was singing on Åby today.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Colander was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.

Sowing Lady quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. A bird flew just in front of Platinum Legend who started to galop and lost 50 m.

Sowing Lady was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.

Sowing Lady was disturbed and galopped for 50 m. Godstorm was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.

Hans G Eriksson tried a little too much on the homestretch and Doctor started to galopp and lost 40 m.

No-one could catch Godstorm today who won before Try To Beat Me and Colander.
