One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Commander Chief found a gap and took the lead. Walking Rock followed before Crossing Necklace. Blizzard was to tense at the start and galloped for 40 m.




Commander Chief was in fine shape and held the lead.




Blizzard sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Blizzard followed by Commander Chief and Addicted. Lane two Walking Rock followed by Munga Irenka and Crossing Necklace.




Blizzard sat safely in the lead after 2000m.



Blizzard were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

Commander Chief galopped for 30 m on the homestretch. The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Crossing Necklace galop. Crossing Necklace lost 10 m.




Blizzard didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
