The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Jägersro this day.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Échelon Et Dignité. Crying Rain ended up behind the leader. Stifling Rocket got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. Charlotta B Svensson wanted a little to much in the start and Crying Rain galoped for 10 m.

Evil Romeo R. quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. A bird flew just in front of Jokey´s Nightmare who started to galop and lost 50 m.

Stifling Rocket looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Perfect Darkness couldn't come out from behind the leader, Evil Romeo R.. No Problemas suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 30 m.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Evil Romeo R. followed by Échelon Et Dignité and Perfect Darkness. Lane two Stifling Rocket followed by Empire Red Planet and Crying Rain.

Stifling Rocket suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.

No Problemas was disturbed and galopped for 20 m. Calamity Jane galopped for 20 m on the homestretch.

Échelon Et Dignité won the race after a spectacular finish.
