The sun was shining and the birds was singing on Solvalla today.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Old Kent. Lord Of Chaos ended up behind the leader. S.S Love Nox got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. S.S Love Nox was to tense at the start and galloped for 40 m.




Old Kent was looking sharp this day and continued in the lead.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.




S.S Love Nox was still in the lead after 1500m.




Old Kent kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead.



With only a little left of the race Funky Darkness galoped for 10 m. Old Kent sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Old Kent never caught up with S.S Love Nox who won. Sand Historie came third.
