It had been raining for several days at Östersund but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Rinaldo Palema sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.

Stifling Galaxy quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.

Stifling Galaxy clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.

Stifling Galaxy was still in the lead after 1500m. Rinaldo Palema showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.

Stifling Galaxy didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead.

Running Giggle was disturbed and galopped for 50 m. With only a little left of the race Dove Honey galoped for 20 m. Dove Honey suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.

Running Giggle sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
