One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Fawltys Bodydouble could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced.




Fawltys Bodydouble clinged on to the lead after a 1000m. Frontrunner was disturbed and galoped 20 m.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Fawltys Bodydouble followed by Zayonara and Helpful Asteroid. Lane two Calming Rocket followed by Lady Marmalade and Mexican Hat.




Calming Rocket put some pressure on the leader and could take over.



Calming Rocket kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Final standings. 1 Zayonara, 2 Fawltys Bodydouble, 3 Calming Rocket.
