One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Tripping Galaxy could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.

The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced. A bird flew just in front of Sleepy Darkness who started to galop and lost 20 m.

Wandering Diamond was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Perfect Galaxy followed by Sleepy Darkness and Tripping Galaxy. Lane two Cash In followed by Amazing Madness and Wandering Diamond.

Perfect Galaxy kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Örjan Kihlström tried a little too much on the homestretch and Wandering Diamond started to galopp and lost 50 m.

Perfect Galaxy kept the speed the whole finish and won before Tripping Galaxy and Amazing Madness.
