One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Winnipeg Gold Digger. Dead Stereo ended up behind the leader. Wandering Darkness got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. When the startcar left the field Blackbird started to galop and lost 50 m.




There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark. Heavy Sword was disturbed and galoped 10 m. driver couldn't keep Les Roi to trotting so they were disqualified.




Cruiser looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Dead Stereo couldn't come out from behind the leader, Heavy Sword.

Wandering Darkness kept the speed the whole finish and won before Dead Stereo and Stopping Nova.
