One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Run Like The Wind could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced.




Green Prince took the lead after 1000m. Capitano Grande didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Green Prince was still in the lead after 1500m.




Green Prince was still in the lead after 2000m.



Green Prince sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Green Prince didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
