One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Climbing Boulder could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.

Portable Piece saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. driver couldn't keep Stopping Technology to trotting so they were disqualified.

Portable Piece clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Portable Piece followed by Climbing Boulder and Metal Bird. Lane two Champion Of Gold followed by La Changhe Monsiuer and Driver´s Choice. Stopping Technology started to gallop after 1500m and Akseli Lahtinen had to struggle to get it back in trotting.

La Changhe Monsiuer seemed to be in top-form this day and took over the lead.

La Changhe Monsiuer kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

No-one could catch La Changhe Monsiuer today who won before Portable Piece and Metal Bird.
