One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Stormy August found a gap and took the lead. His Royalty followed before Flaming Stone. When the startcar left the field Pretty Thought started to galop and lost 20 m.

Acquire Respect quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. A bird flew just in front of De La Victory who started to galop and lost 50 m.

The leader got disturbed by something and Growing Asteroid took the lead rather easily.

Nothing seemed to be able to stop Growing Asteroid today. It continued in the lead. Flaming Stone galloped for 20 m.

Stormy August took the lead.

Stormy August kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Stormy August galop. Stormy August lost 50 m.

His Royalty won the race after a spectacular finish.
