One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Neckbreaker sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. Ulf Ohlsson wanted a little to much in the start and The Fast Turnover galoped for 50 m.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Ei Satunnainen sprinted to the front. A bird flew just in front of Neckbreaker who started to galop and lost 30 m.




Wondering Star looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that The Fast Turnover couldn't come out from behind the leader, Ei Satunnainen. Neckbreaker suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 40 m.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Ei Satunnainen followed by Wondering Star and På Igangværende. Lane two The Fast Turnover followed by Neckbreaker and Starstruck Feeling.



Ei Satunnainen were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






The Fast Turnover never caught up with Ei Satunnainen who won. Neckbreaker came third.
