It had been raining for several days at Visby but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Wandering Queen took the lead after a very quick start.

The leader couldn't hold the lead and Comet Chaser sprinted to the front. A bird flew just in front of Wandering Queen who started to galop and lost 40 m.

Ettall Mann took the lead after 1000m. Waterfall Joy didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.

Waterfall Joy looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.

Waterfall Joy didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead.

Waterfall Joy sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

Comet Chaser sprinted over the finishline before Ettall Mann and Waterfall Joy.
