Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Åby track was in top-condition.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Capriazzi took the lead after a very quick start.

Smokey Puff saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. A bird flew just in front of Kajsa Palema who started to galop and lost 40 m.

Street Fighting Man sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.

Urban Monkey saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead. Meadow Moon started to gallop after 1500m and Bo Falsig had to struggle to get it back in trotting.

Urban Monkey looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Street Fighting Man was disturbed and galopped for 30 m. Dead Rock galopped for 10 m on the homestretch.

Capriazzi sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
