The weather had been good all week and Romme was in good shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Born To Run took the lead after a very quick start. Galbatorix was to tense at the start and galloped for 20 m.

Old Kent quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.

Ghostly Autumn sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead. Born To Run galoped after 1000m and lost 10 m.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Ghostly Autumn followed by Punching Rocker and Old Kent. Lane two Lead To Goal followed by Galbatorix and Gentleman Plan. Life Is Beautiful galloped for 40 m.

Ghostly Autumn sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

Galbatorix won. Lead To Goal came in second. Ghostly Autumn caught third place.
