The sun was shining on Kalmar and it was a perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Flying Hero sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. driver couldn't keep Just Love Me to trotting so they were disqualified.




The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced. A bird flew just in front of Just Love Me who started to galop and lost 50 m.




Opposing Flower was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.

Opposing Flower kept the speed the whole finish and won before Belle De Jour and Flying Hero.
