The weather had been good all week and Momarken was in good shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Dicht Bij Perfectie found a gap and took the lead. Heart And Soul followed before Heavenly Grove. Unknown suddenly started to galop. had to struggle to get Unknown to tror again and succeded after 50 m.

Slow Momentum saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.

Such A Hero sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead. Unknown suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 30 m.

Dicht Bij Perfectie accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.

Dicht Bij Perfectie didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead.

Dicht Bij Perfectie looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Heart And Soul never caught up with Dicht Bij Perfectie who won. Heavenly Grove came third.
