The sun was shining and the birds was singing on Loviisa today.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Coconut Dancer took the lead after a very quick start. Mustang Sally was to tense at the start and galloped for 30 m. Sum was to tense at the start and galloped for 50 m. Over The Limit was to tense at the start and galloped for 40 m.




This is the positions after 500m. Platinum Energy, Steel Transformer, Good As Heaven, Mustang Sally, Tears Of Pride, Quick Missile, Coconut Dancer, Sum.




Tears Of Pride looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Quick Missile couldn't come out from behind the leader, Platinum Energy. Mustang Sally suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 10 m.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Platinum Energy followed by Quick Missile and Sum. Lane two Tears Of Pride followed by Coconut Dancer and Over The Limit. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Light Sniper gallopped for 30 m.



Tears Of Pride was disturbed and galopped for 20 m. Mustang Sally galloped for 60m and was disqualified. Tears Of Pride speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.

Coconut Dancer galopped for 40 m on the homestretch.




Platinum Energy won the race after a spectacular finish.
