It had been raining for several days at Romme but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Hottest Subject could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Big Panther sprinted to the front. Sir Neo was disturbed and galoped 30 m. Mustang Beach was disturbed and galoped 30 m. A bird flew just in front of Heaven who started to galop and lost 40 m.




District Attorney sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one District Attorney followed by Sir Neo and Steel Star. Lane two Hottest Subject followed by Big Panther and Lullaby.



District Attorney were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Hottest Subject won the race after a spectacular finish.
