One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Germantas Bakaou took the lead after a very quick start. When the startcar left the field Zao De Suite started to galop and lost 10 m. Jens Laursen wanted a little to much in the start and Soldier Of Christ galoped for 20 m.

Jumping Crusher quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.

No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.

Brave Starshine accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.

Brave Starshine sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

Jumping Crusher won the race after a spectacular finish.
