One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Home For Christmas took the lead after a very quick start.




This is the positions after 500m. Perfect Jive, Perfect Wind, Curly Lashes, Home For Christmas, Rider Of Apocalypse, The Unforgiven, La Brilliance, Juholts Mustasch.




Perfect Jive was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead. driver couldn't keep Curly Lashes to trotting so they were disqualified.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Perfect Jive today. It continued in the lead. Spooky Feeling started to gallop after 1500m and Heikki Hietanen had to struggle to get it back in trotting.




Perfect Jive kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead.



Perfect Wind was disturbed and galopped for 20 m. Perfect Jive looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Home For Christmas never caught up with Perfect Jive who won. Perfect Wind came third.
