One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Higgins could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Henrik Johansson wanted a little to much in the start and Godstorm galoped for 20 m.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Heavy Pain sprinted to the front.




Heavy Pain clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.



Absolute Love clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.






Whispering Trap won the race after a spectacular finish.
