The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Skellefteå this day.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





More Than Great could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Sneaking Sunray sprinted to the front.




The leader got disturbed by something and Dessert Girl took the lead rather easily. Climbing Knight galloped way to long and was disqualified.




Dessert Girl was still in the lead after 1500m.




Dessert Girl didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead. Time Has Come gallopped 40 m after 2000m.



Dessert Girl sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

Running Wall was disturbed and galopped for 10 m. Melbourne For Ever was disturbed and galopped for 50 m.




More Than Great won. Sneaking Sunray came in second. Dessert Girl caught third place.
