It had been raining for several days at Bollnäs but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



The players just had time to make their last bets before the start. All horses seemed to be in good shape this day.





Beautiful Flower could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. When the startcar left the field Beautiful Flower started to galop and lost 20 m.




This is the positions after 500m. Burning Wheels, Rugged Pirate, Grasping Diamond, Lieutenant Angel, Beautiful Flower, Right Thru Me, Shawnee Shay, Advanced Stone. A bird flew just in front of Burning Wheels who started to galop and lost 10 m.




Lieutenant Angel looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Beautiful Flower couldn't come out from behind the leader, Burning Wheels. Grasping Diamond galoped after 1000m and lost 30 m.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Burning Wheels today. It continued in the lead. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Advanced Stone gallopped for 30 m.




Lieutenant Angel suddenly took over the lead.



Lieutenant Angel looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Lieutenant Angel galop. Lieutenant Angel lost 30 m. The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Grasping Diamond galop. Grasping Diamond lost 10 m.




Burning Wheels made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Beautiful Flower.
