The sun was shining on Hoting today. A perfect day for trotting.
One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.
Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were
Surveiller.

Spring ended up behind the leader.
Pacific Princess got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. Unknown was to tense at the start and galloped for 10 m.

Spring, , , , , . Unknown started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.
Surveiller looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that

Spring couldn't come out from behind the leader,
Pacific Princess. Unknown galoped after 1000m and lost 40 m. Unknown suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 50 m.
With only a little left of the race Unknown galoped for 30 m.

Spring looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that
Pacific Princess couldn't come out from behind the leader,
Surveiller.

Spring never caught up with
Surveiller who won.
Pacific Princess came third.
