One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Gorgeous Stardust could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Lying Galaxy suddenly started to galop. Jorma Kontio had to struggle to get Lying Galaxy to tror again and succeded after 30 m.




Gorgeous Stardust was in fine shape and held the lead.




Flying Scope took the lead after 1000m. Solid Energy didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Solid Energy accelerated after 1500m and took the lead. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Solid Tank gallopped for 30 m.




Solid Energy was still in the lead after 2000m.



With only a little left of the race Focused Mountain galoped for 50 m. driver couldn't keep Flying Scope to trotting so they were disqualified. Solid Energy sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Solid Energy never caught up with Gorgeous Stardust who won. Lying Galaxy came third.
