The sun was shining on Drammen and it was a perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Front Technology found a gap and took the lead. Pas De Promettre followed before Jodas Julia.




Pointing Cookie saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. Front Technology started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified. Stopping Map showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.




Pas De Promettre looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Jodas Julia couldn't come out from behind the leader, Pointing Cookie.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Pointing Cookie followed by Victoire Victorieux and Nothings Compare. Lane two Pas De Promettre followed by Front Technology and Jodas Julia.



Pointing Cookie kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Victoire Victorieux sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
