The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Biri this day.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Gele Me Tresche took the lead after a very quick start.




Vlinder Zoen saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Gele Me Tresche sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead. Stepping Pie galoped after 1000m and lost 40 m.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Gele Me Tresche today. It continued in the lead.



Gele Me Tresche looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Gele Me Tresche kept the speed the whole finish and won before Vlinder Zoen and Stepping Pie.
