One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Awesome North One. Promesse D´amour ended up behind the leader. Image Du Jour got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. Tropical Pie was to tense at the start and galloped for 50 m.

The leader couldn't hold the lead and Intelligent Cube sprinted to the front. A bird flew just in front of Frutti Di Mare who started to galop and lost 50 m.

Image Du Jour took the lead after 1000m. Eukalyptus didn't have a good time being caught on the outside. Intelligent Cube suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 40 m.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Image Du Jour followed by Lyon Bourbon and Eukalyptus. Lane two Awesome North One followed by Promesse D´amour and The Classic.

With only a little left of the race Promesse D´amour galoped for 30 m. With only a little left of the race Image Du Jour galoped for 40 m. Awesome North One was first on the homestretch followed by Lyon Bourbon and Eukalyptus.

Lyon Bourbon sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
