One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Camber Sands found a gap and took the lead. Shooting Angel followed before Lyxwaux. Confident Cruiser was to tense at the start and galloped for 50 m. Pointing Cookie galloped way to long and was disqualified.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Spooky Feeling sprinted to the front.




Shooting Angel sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Shooting Angel today. It continued in the lead.




Shooting Angel was still in the lead after 2000m.



Shooting Angel were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Shooting Angel didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
