One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track. Skipping Pearl found a gap and took the lead. Fortune Ticket followed before Foo-foo. This is the positions after 500m. Foo-foo, Thrillseeker, General Action, Tropical Heat, Giraffe, Fortune Ticket, Skipping Pearl, Bare Ønske. No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo. Fortune Ticket suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 40 m. Nothing seemed to be able to stop Foo-foo today. It continued in the lead. Skipping Pearl litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch. Foo-foo won the race after a spectacular finish. Results
