One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Nightmares Dreamer could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




This is the positions after 500m. Route66 Racer, Bright Side Victory, Why This Beauty, Nellore, Nightmares Dreamer, Invisible Space Light, Coughing Lilac, Victory Vibrations.




Route66 Racer clinged on to the lead after a 1000m. Coughing Lilac was disturbed and galoped 50 m.




Nellore looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.



Why This Beauty was disturbed and galopped for 20 m. Route66 Racer suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Invisible Space Light galop. Invisible Space Light lost 10 m.




No-one could catch Route66 Racer today who won before Nellore and Nightmares Dreamer.
