One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Moongirl. Whatever Flower ended up behind the leader. Volga got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. Ashippun P. C. was to tense at the start and galloped for 10 m. When the startcar left the field Moongirl started to galop and lost 30 m. Maggiore was to tense at the start and galloped for 40 m.

Silverboy saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.

Ashippun P. C. took the lead after 1000m. Whatever Flower didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.

With only a little left of the race Ashippun P. C. galoped for 10 m. With only a little left of the race Queen Of Hearts galoped for 30 m. Whatever Flower took the lead after 1000m. Silverboy didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.

Ove Wassberg tried a little too much on the homestretch and Confident Cruiser started to galopp and lost 10 m.

Volga won the race after a spectacular finish.
