One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Beautiful Amazon took the lead after a very quick start. When the startcar left the field Djevojka started to galop and lost 40 m.




This is the positions after 500m. Smiling Winter, The Mastervoice, Criminal Passion, Northern Light, Beautiful Amazon, Corton, Bring It Home, Iku-turso.




Smiling Winter clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.




The Mastervoice looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.




Bring It Home took the lead. The Mastervoice gallopped 40 m after 2000m.



Iku-turso was disturbed and galopped for 30 m. The Mastervoice was disturbed and galopped for 30 m. Bring It Home were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

Kenth Åkerlund tried a little too much on the homestretch and Bring It Home started to galopp and lost 40 m. The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Iku-turso galop. Iku-turso lost 40 m.




Corton won the race after a spectacular finish.
