One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Hope Set High could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark.




The leader got disturbed by something and Franco Solo took the lead rather easily.




Hope Set High accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.



Franco Solo litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.






Hope Set High won the race after a spectacular finish.
