It had been raining for several days at Östersund but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.
One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.
Flaming Princess sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. When the startcar left the field Unknown started to galop and lost 20 m. Lonley Number galloped for 60m and was disqualified.
There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark. Unknown was disturbed and galoped 10 m. A bird flew just in front of
Corrente who started to galop and lost 50 m.
Corrente looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that
Kan ikke Nekte couldn't come out from behind the leader,
Flaming Princess. Unknown galoped after 1000m and lost 50 m. Unknown was disturbed and galoped 10 m.
Lonley Number suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 20 m.
Nothing seemed to be able to stop
Flaming Princess today. It continued in the lead.
Flaming Princess were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.
No-one could catch
Flaming Princess today who won before
Corrente and
Kan ikke Nekte.
