Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Eskilstuna track was in top-condition.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Shining Darkness. Metal Bird ended up behind the leader. Goofy Madness got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. When the startcar left the field Shining Darkness started to galop and lost 20 m.




This is the positions after 500m. Makes Me Stronger, Shining Darkness, Happy Moment, Crazy Malamute, Frozen Factory, Moonlight Star, Uvìznit Do Ráj, Goofy Madness.




Shining Darkness looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Metal Bird couldn't come out from behind the leader, Makes Me Stronger. Uvìznit Do Ráj suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 30 m.




Shining Darkness accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.




Shining Darkness sat safely in the lead after 2000m. Goofy Madness was disturbed and gallopped for 50 m. Crazy Malamute gallopped 20 m after 2000m.



Metal Bird was first on the homestretch followed by Shining Darkness and Makes Me Stronger.






Shining Darkness won the race after a spectacular finish.
