One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Spancil Hill found a gap and took the lead. Blue Kazoo followed before Rindis Crossing Princess. Harri Koivunen wanted a little to much in the start and Rindis Crossing Princess galoped for 30 m. Bravo Boss galloped way to long and was disqualified.




This is the positions after 500m. Rindis Crossing Princess, Famous Starlight, Blue Kazoo, Dreaming Body, Spancil Hill, Trépigner, Flying Tiger, Valor Todo.




Rindis Crossing Princess clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.




Spancil Hill accelerated after 1500m and took the lead. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Dreaming Body gallopped for 40 m. Trépigner started to gallop after 1500m and Ulf Ohlsson had to struggle to get it back in trotting.



Spancil Hill looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Trépigner won the race after a spectacular finish.
