The weather had been good all week and Solvalla was in good shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Rainmaker took the lead after a very quick start. Sergeant Missile was to tense at the start and galloped for 20 m.

There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark. Hyacinth Macawa started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified. Boomerang started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.

Sergeant Missile was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Néz Az Farok galop. Néz Az Farok lost 20 m.

I Need Ice never caught up with Honourable Map who won. Rainmaker came third.
