Only a humble breeze blew over Skellefteå this day. The track where in perfect shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Tricky Giggle. Casalingo Poich ended up behind the leader. Sonic Machine got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.




Sonic Machine saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. Casalingo Poich started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified. A bird flew just in front of Queens Homme who started to galop and lost 40 m.




Tricky Giggle sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Tricky Giggle followed by Sneaky Energy and Casalingo Poich. Lane two Sonic Machine followed by Helpful Stereo and Modest Glittering. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Queens Homme gallopped for 40 m.



Tricky Giggle kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Queens Homme galoped for 60m and was disqualified. Åke Svanstedt tried a little too much on the homestretch and Queens Homme started to galopp and lost 20 m. Modest Glittering showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping. Saignant Élire galopped for 30 m on the homestretch.




Sneaky Energy won the race after a spectacular finish.
