One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Soldier Of Christ could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Juha Länsimäki wanted a little to much in the start and Stunning Bouquet galoped for 20 m.

There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark. Day Dreamin' Daisy was disturbed and galoped 30 m.

Nowhere clinged on to the lead after a 1000m. Soldier Of Christ suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 50 m.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Nowhere followed by Speedy John and Stunning Bouquet. Lane two As Usual followed by Portable Angel and Tacitus. Portable Blast galloped for 60m and was disqualified. Day Dreamin' Daisy started to gallop after 1500m and Aki Antti-Roiko had to struggle to get it back in trotting.

Nowhere showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping. With only a little left of the race Soldier Of Christ galoped for 20 m. As Usual looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Winner of todays race was As Usual. Speedy John came in second. Portable Angel became third.
