One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Madame Fuex could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. When the startcar left the field Proper Education started to galop and lost 20 m.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Walking Knight sprinted to the front.




Money Keeper took the lead after 1000m. Maggiore didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Money Keeper today. It continued in the lead.



With only a little left of the race Proper Education galoped for 40 m. Maggiore litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.






Trollhammaren never caught up with Maggiore who won. Money Keeper came third.
