One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Helpful Comet could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Shining Cake suddenly started to galop. Jim Frick had to struggle to get Shining Cake to tror again and succeded after 20 m. Sergeant Valley was to eager when the car accellerated, galopped and was disqualified.




Helpful Comet was in fine shape and held the lead.




Intelligent Plan sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead. Mighty Man galoped after 1000m and lost 20 m.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Intelligent Plan galop. Intelligent Plan lost 40 m.




Helpful Comet won. Shining Cake came in second. Laabirinto Aaas caught third place.
