One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Hot Steam. Patchouli ended up behind the leader. Scharfschütze Larockma got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. Famous Red suddenly started to galop. Magnus Jakobsson had to struggle to get Famous Red to tror again and succeded after 20 m.

Scharfschütze Larockma saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. A bird flew just in front of Hot Steam who started to galop and lost 20 m. Power Hero started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.

No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.

Golden Spice looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Patchouli gallopped for 20 m.

Golden Spice kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead.

Golden Spice looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Scharfschütze Larockma sprinted over the finishline before Golden Spice and Hot Steam.
