The sun was shining and the birds was singing on Riihimäki today.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Lucky Pony could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Amiral Oui sprinted to the front. Chiela was disturbed and galoped 30 m.




Aurore Royale took the lead after 1000m. Miss Beauty didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Aurore Royale today. It continued in the lead.



With only a little left of the race Sunset Moonshine galoped for 50 m. Aurore Royale kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Sunset Moonshine sprinted over the finishline before Aurore Royale and Miss Beauty.
