One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





S.p Fort Knox sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. Speciale Invitare showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galloping. Per Lennartsson wanted a little to much in the start and Flickering Star galoped for 40 m.




The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced. Energi Line was disturbed and galoped 30 m.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one S.p Fort Knox followed by Drive Yobbo and Steel Hero. Lane two In A Million followed by Flickering Star and Phase Two.



S.p Fort Knox sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

Flickering Star galopped for 50 m on the homestretch.




S.p Fort Knox didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
