One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

I Need Ice found a gap and took the lead. Jaguar Larockma followed before Beautiful Sunshine. When the startcar left the field Unknown started to galop and lost 10 m. When the startcar left the field Libra started to galop and lost 40 m.

This is the positions after 500m. Libra, Bianca, Long Time Ago, Quattro Waxopo, Machine, Platinum Rock, Beautiful Sunshine, I Need Ice. Unknown was disturbed and galoped 20 m.

I Need Ice looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Machine couldn't come out from behind the leader, Libra. Unknown suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 50 m.

Unknown was disturbed and galopped for 30 m. With only a little left of the race Quattro Waxopo galoped for 40 m. With only a little left of the race Soient Mieux Bon galoped for 50 m. Machine looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that I Need Ice couldn't come out from behind the leader, Jaguar Larockma.

Soient Mieux Bon galopped for 40 m on the homestretch.

Machine won the race after a spectacular finish.
