The weather had been good all week and Karlshamn was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Punching Strategy could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. When the startcar left the field Dragon started to galop and lost 10 m.

Giresse was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead. Dumeril´s Boa was disturbed and galoped 10 m.
