One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Base Election could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Overrated Superstar was to tense at the start and galloped for 50 m.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Bizzy Girl sprinted to the front.




The leader got disturbed by something and Shooting Bear took the lead rather easily. Commandant suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 20 m.




Joyeux accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.



With only a little left of the race Commandant galoped for 40 m. Joyeux were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

Base Election galopped for 50 m on the homestretch.




No-one could catch Joyeux today who won before Tempting Cookie and Shooting Bear.
